Elexandra Malz is the visionary founder and CEO of EM Sports Management.
As one of the first women to lead a European football club, she co-founded F.C. Cubillas in Spain and built a respected youth talent program, collaborating with professional clubs such as FC Granada.
As a highly connected football executive, Elexandra has personally advised numerous professional players, especially from Brazil, supporting their careers both on and off the field.
Her outstanding global network of professional clubs, management teams, and players around the world is the driving force behind EM Sports, creating clear pathways for young talent to reach European professional football.
